Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For Eyesight Glasses Refund Policy

When it comes to Eyesight Glasses, please note that the extra amount paid for prescription lenses cannot be refunded. However, we value your comfort and style, so if you decide to return the glasses for any reason, we will gladly refund the frame amount. This policy applies as long as the prescription is accurate and the customer does not wish to keep the glasses.

In the case of Screen/Transition Glasses, a deduction of 1000Rs will be applied upon refund.

For those who opt for the Screen+Transition Glasses, a deduction of 2000Rs will be made.
